| Bee Davies is an experienced and innovative cake designer. Trained
at the Birmingham College of Food she then worked her way around
the world. On her return to England she moved to the Wedding Cake
department at Harrods, Knightsbridge and finally to one of London's
leading Cake Companies, in Marlylebone. Bee is an expert in her field
of sugar craft and gets a buzz out of creating new designs. |

Xavier Pelloux trained in Switzerland. Since moving to England
he has worked as Pastry Chef at Maison Blanc,The Ivy, Harrods, Knightsbridge
and the Hilton, Park Lane. Xavier is an experienced Pastry Chef,
Chocolatier who creates all our mouth watering chocolate sculpture.
He also specialises in Croquembouches. |
